Domino's Lucan

If I could rate it 0 I would. I ordered a pizza, garlic bread and cookies to treat myself. The food arrived and I opened it to find wedges instead of garlic bread. I done what any normal person would do and contacted the store directly to report my issue. The women on the phone was extremely rude to me when I reported my problem. I asked for the management email and she said go to the app. THE APP STATES TO REPORT THE ISSUE TO THE STORE DIRECTLY HAS I DID. The very rude women on the phone started to shout at me. She was accusing me of making a mistake and saying that I ordered wedges and it was my fault I told her I have a screenshot of what I ordered on the app. She continued to shout and be rude. I asked for her to stop being so rude and stop shouting she proceeded to hang up the phone without a goodbye. I am shocked that someone that age would act like that and not say goodbye. She would also not provide me with her name when I asked. This is not a professional environment. I would avoid this place and the rude worker at all costs. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK !

Absolutely Disgusted – Found Meat in Vegetarian Order!

I am beyond shocked and disappointed with my recent order from Domino’s. I specifically ordered a vegetarian pizza, 2 vegetarian sides, and a dessert — only to discover pepperoni hidden in the pizza after eating a few slices.

This is completely unacceptable. My entire family has been vegetarian for generations, and we do not consume meat for religious and ethical reasons. Finding out that we unknowingly consumed meat (pepperoni) was not just disturbing — it was deeply upsetting.

I had to throw the rest of the food away. No family should have to go through this trauma because of carelessness in food preparation. It's not just about food — it's about respecting people's beliefs, dietary restrictions, and trust.

Domino’s, you need to take accountability, improve your quality checks, and train your staff better. This is not just a mistake — this is a serious violation of trust.

I will never order again unless I receive a proper explanation and assurance that this won't happen to any other customer. Absolutely appalling experiece.

Pizza was left in the oven/under the heaters too long before it was served. It's all dried out and burnt in some parts.
